What is the EPA airport service?
Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) is an airport assistance service arranged for Thailand Privilege members. It is designed to coordinate the member’s meeting point, accompany key airport formalities and, where available, guide the member to a designated immigration fast-track lane for an international arrival or departure.
The airport, meeting point, accompanying-guest arrangement and available lane remain subject to the flight, airport rules and official confirmation. EPA is not an airline business-class service and does not provide access to an airline’s priority check-in counter.
What should you prepare before booking?
Walk-in service is not available under the current official policy. Preparing the following details together helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth:
- Member name, membership number and an active contact number.
- Airline, flight number, arrival or departure date and time.
- Arrival or departure, airport and number of travellers.
- Preferred departure meeting time, normally two to three hours before take-off.
- For a separately requested transfer: full address, luggage count and pickup contact details.
What normally happens on arrival?
Check the permission-to-stay stamp before leaving the airport. If it appears incorrect, notify immigration or the assisting officer immediately; resolving it later may require more time.
- Meet the EPA officer at the location stated in the confirmation.
- Follow the officer to the designated immigration process and available fast-track lane.
- Complete immigration, collect baggage and proceed through the airport’s normal customs process.
- If a separate transfer was confirmed, follow the meeting instructions for the driver. EPA itself does not automatically include a complimentary car.
Four points first-time users often miss
- A sent request is not a confirmed reservation until confirmation is received.
- EPA is primarily for the member; arrangements for accompanying guests must be checked in advance.
- Fast-track assistance does not change airline check-in deadlines.
- Airport and operational rules can change, so keep the confirmation and Member Contact Center details available.
How Thai Easy can assist
We can explain the core services attached to each membership before application and help members understand the official reservation information after activation. Final service confirmation, airport operations and last-minute changes remain with Thailand Privilege and the relevant authorities.
